Bonolo Monaisa is a YouTuber and lifestyle content creator. She is the founder of a digital village for mommas called Momma and Co. and Mini Basics, a unisex clothing brand for kids.
Bonolo recently got candid in her latest YouTube video about the financial realities of being a content creator. Whilst there aren’t a lot of creators talking about it, Bonolo shared an insightful reality that many creators face and offered some advice on how one can maintain financial stability in the creator space.
“It’s about being good with your finances and really figuring out how you’re going to use your money sparingly when it comes to content creation.”
Bonolo shed light on how partnerships are not always consistent and payments are not always monthly based which can lead to financial vulnerability. “You almost have to diversity and like everyone almost always sings… have multiple streams of income just so that you have some sort of stability.”
