Paris Fashion week just wrapped up but we’re still not over it. We love how African artists, actors, designers, models, creators and influencers made it their own city taking over in different aspects.
First off it was fashion house MAXHOSA taking its “Izipho Zabadala” SS25/26 collection for its debut at Paris Fashion Week; and having the legendary Mam’ Yvonne ChakaChaka as a model in the show.
The new face of L’Oréal Paris for Sub-Saharan Africa , actress Ama Qamata walked her first fashion show for the brand joining fellow ambassador and actress, Temi Otedola.

Sarah Langa and Temi Otedola both attended one of fashion’s most influential nights, the exclusive Business of Fashion 500 Gala event.

After touring some of the major cities around Sub-Saharan Africa, Brutal Fruit took The Pink Table – Brutal Fruit Spritzer to Paris along with some of its notable influencers. Some of the influencers included Marang Selolwane from Botswana, Pamela Mtanga, Nqobile Khwezi, Thabee Happy, Ipeleng Selepe, Tebby Leburu, Petunia Katane all from South Africa, Zambia’s Anita Mwiinga, Irene Musobi from Tanzania and Brownynn from Mozambique. The Pink Table aims to create a space of female sharing, wellness and empowerment, promoting conversations about confidence, leadership and women’s empowerment.

Beauty influencers, Sinqobile Tusani and Liesl Laurie also showed up and showed out in style attending a variety of shows.
