How Ruth Kudzai’s Multi-Continental And Multi-Generational Platform ‘The Executive Branch’ Is Setting Women Up To Thrive!

With the second branch of the Zimbabwe edition having been held this past weekend in Harare with headline speaker Mpoomy Ledwaba, the UK’s 3rd branch coming up in October and the inaugural Kenya branch happening early November, it’s safe to say ‘The Executive Brunch’ platform is a global success.

Founded by Ruth Kudzai, ‘The Executive Branch’ is not just another women empowerment platform. It is intentionally set to equip, connect and help professional women seeking growth to network and transform their careers and lives through impactful events and workshops.

The Executive Branch uses a holistic approach to growth and networking. It fosters a multi-generational community with a strong belief in the power of shared experiences and mentorship for women of all ages. Through its events, it provides resources and support that empower women to develop and improve their skills and expand their knowledge.

The safe space it creates offers a supportive and judgment-free environment with real life role models who have walked the walk and achieved success at the highes level.

“Traveling the globe, I witnessed leadership in action – the good, the bad, and everything in between. And as a young Black woman navigating a male-dominated industry, I faced my own unique set of challenges. These experiences fueled my passion to share the secrets to success and create a space where ambitious individuals, especially women of color, could connect, learn, and thrive. That’s why I founded The Executive Branch,” says @ruthkudzai .
